About the Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be a crucial strategic partner to our enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value and success using the Brandlight.ai platform. You will build deep relationships, understand client business objectives, and guide them in leveraging AI visibility insights to enhance their brand strategy and market position. This is a pivotal role in fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer advocacy in the rapidly evolving field of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on AEO strategy and the Brandlight.ai platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Lead effective client onboarding, training, and adoption processes to ensure rapid time-to-value.
  • Proactively monitor client health, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to ensure retention and growth.
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value, share insights, and align Brandlight.ai capabilities with client goals.
  • Translate complex AI visibility data and insights into actionable recommendations for clients' marketing and brand teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing valuable feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Identify and nurture expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) within your portfolio.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, playbooks, and resources for customer success in the AEO domain.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise Customer Success Management, Strategic Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or Analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships with large enterprise clients and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client business objectives and align platform value accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills – capable of building rapport and conveying complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience with data analysis and presenting insights derived from data.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, Content Marketing, Brand Strategy, Analytics) is highly desirable.
  • Strong Plus: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI landscape, or experience with brand monitoring/intelligence platforms.
  • Passion for customer advocacy and driving tangible business outcomes for clients.
